Supplement calcium and magnesium during John D's Protocol was created by Grateful
Dear John,
I understand that one should not consume foods with antioxidants or at least high in them and no foods with vitamin c or at least a low content of c. Also no supplements with vitamin C and antioxidants like coffee and even herbs. My question would be, what about taking a supplement combining calcium and magnesium (both as a soy amino acid)? Could this be taken while on your protocol? I have read extensively on foods that have antioxidants and soybeans are one of them. They are not high on the list of antioxidants though. Is soy amino acid coming from soybeans? This product from Nature's Plus CAL/MAG caps also has isolated soy protein as another ingredient. Could you tell me if this product could benefit me while following your protocol to cure oneself of HSV 1 and 2? Jim Humble states that having good nutrition and taking calcium and magnesium while on any of his protocols is beneficial since a lot of energy is being used to rid itself of toxins. He also talks about taking acidophilus to put back good flora in the body. The calcium/magnesium and acidophilus are the only vitamins I was considering using. I just don't know if the Nature's Plus product with soy will interfere with your protocol. Please let me know.
One last question. Would sport bottles with metal inside them be o.k. to use for your protocol which has the DMSO? There would not be any bad reaction to the dmso/mms/citric acid mixture and the dmso/cds combo? I read when preparing an external treatment with dmso and mms (activated), that you talk about not using a plastic or metal spoon but only glass or wooden as well as a glass or wooden bowl for mixing. What about taking your protocol in sport bottles that are metal inside?! Is that harmful for the combinations? I believe that I should only drink out of a glass and not a plastic cup as well when following your protocol away from home (both hour 1 and 2 are poured into the glass).
I understand you are very busy so I appreciate you answering my questions when you can! Thanks!

Hi grateful
Please absolutely no meal with dmso or mms because it will make it rusty. I've experienced that.

Hello,
Stay a way from all soy products practically the same as eating garbage!
Stay away from having MMS or DMSO or Both in anything metal (sports bottle).
Stay away from anything metal touching the MMS or DMSO (mixing tools, bowls, glasses).
Nutrition is good, especially before and after a protocol......during don't do anything that will interfere with the MMS or DMSO or CDS no matter what you hear. Basically all customers who eat really healthy foods -fruits, veggies, supplements, vitamins, ect....aren't fixing their problem....call me up and tell me MMS is a sham....they change their diet and call back saying "oh my gosh..cant believe whats in the toilet, its working", so diet does matter. Allow the MMS/CDS/DMSO to work.
You must notice that MOST of the people saying eat this or drink that or take this still have their problem and still don't know why. But starving people in Africa, Dominican, ect have zero nutrition and defeat their disease fast with no good antioxidant foods, vitamins, minerals, herbs, supplements, ect. But all of us here in the good USA have to have all these things to defeat the disease then 6 months later wonder why we still have it. Kill the disease then worry about being healthy.
Take Care,

Oh boy,
I think I have messed up my MMS protocol. I have been having cereal with soya milk some mornings cos I'm allergic to cow's milk
I asked on this forum if soya was OK and didn't get an answer.
I go for my test in a few days. I really hope I get a negative test result.

Hi John,
I read on one of your posts about the importance of food during protocols, I do not remember when it was, as someone battling with a life-threatening condition it would not do that I take MMS and mess it up with some suppliments or food. I know about staying away from antioxidant foods, veggies, fruits and suppliments, but what would you recommend one should eat to keep body and soul together during protocols ? Would be very grateful for a few pointers.

Hi Blessed,
If I am on John D's 12 hour protocol ( every hour), then when can I eat so as not to interfere it with the DMSO or mms? Half hour before or after taking protocol?! This is very frustrating!

Dear John D,
O.k. Well my question would be when do you eat when on your 12 hour protocol?! It is very hard! 30 min before or after taking each dose? Is that enough time for no interference of food and DMSO/mms/CDs?
Also what kind of sport bottles do you recommend? Plastic is not good because DMSO should get in contact with it? Right? That is what I thought. I bought stainless steel ( inside and out) mugs.
Another question would be, what about the mixing timing for your protocol. When doing hour 1, aren't you supposed to wait 20 sec for mms and citric acid to mix FIRST and then add the DMSO? How many minutes should the DMSO mix with the mms/ citric acid? Do you not have to wait once DMSO is added and just add the water and drink?
What about for hour 2? Do you have to wait 20 sec or some other time for the CDs and DMSO to mix or no time at all? Please let me know all of this as soon as possible as I have already started your protocol! Thanks!

John,
What about almond milk? Probably too high in antioxidants because of the nut, right? Perhaps rice milk is better?

Hello,
Eat and stay strong, MMS or CDS will not die and will be digested if not eating foods with Vitamin C or High Antioxidants. It is preferred people eat with MMS2. No "rusting" occurs when eating food. Yes it may be slightly better to take a CDS or MMS dose on an empty stomach however within 15min I would eat to stay strong. However most of my customers eat all day long while taking their MMS/CDS/DMSO with no issues and are defeating their problems. I even eat my meals with my CDS drink beside my plate. As long as your food does not interfere with Chlorine Dioxide it will work. People who are told not to eat while taking MMS or CDS practically starve, or have stomach problems, more bathroom episodes, nausea, ect....the people who eat and eat right have no issues.
Yes, Milk is not a great idea, it does not digest well with MMS or CDS and especially milks high in antioxidants are not a good idea. Jim Humble does say antioxidants are fine 1-2 hours before or after a dose, but this is usually when people are on maintaining their body's. Jim Humble or anyone else helping someone from dying cant be missing a bunch of doses per day because of what they eat. The point is to get as many doses in per day to knock out the problem as quick as possible so you can get back to eating and living exactly what you want and how you want.
Basically the best way to do a protocol is from Morning to Night - Your Drink is either MMS or CDS or Water. Thats it!!! Knock it out and do it fast. Prolonging the protocol is ok for some but me personally would want to get rid of my problem in 3-6 weeks instead of 3-6 months or longer because I want to drink or eat this or that. No insult to MMS but I want it in and out, I want to be on a protocol and get it done fast, I dont want to be on it 6 months later saying "I'm getting better" like so many.... when I could of been done.
Take Care,
John
