Rice is fine. Walnuts should be fine. There's some vitamin C in walnuts, but Jim Humble has stated that it's not the food-based vitamin C we need to worry about, except in orange juice. He has recently come out and said that if you're doing protocol 2000, you need to be sure your juices are extracted at home, not storebought - and no orange juice. JH suggests that you eat things which will support your immune system, because the immune system is ultimately what handles our dysfunctions.

The mind is like a garden, if you do not cultivate it, you cannot harvest from it.

Welcome to the forum shaker.
I use spring water for all my MMS protocols (as it runs right past my back door!
) Distilled water is fine though.
Also make sure you minimize all acidic foods that have been in your diet also.
When we are healing - we want a pH of 7.2 - 8 in the body.

thanks for all of you who are in this forum. gold details
PH 7.2 to 8, it was interesting.
but I'll buy distilled water, but it means that I should drink only distilled water during the entire protocol? Or just when to take the dose.
I have read that you should drink plenty of water during the protocol

Personally I would not ONLY drink distilled water. It is chemically inert and imbalanced for the body. Try obtain a natural source of water if you want to avoid "treated" City water with chemicals in it.
Spring water is the best should you have access to it.

Try get glass bottles if you can shaker.
Most plastic bottles have a BPH residue in them which leads to cancer....
You may want to invest in a reasonable water filter instead, as it may ne cheaper in the long run if the maintenance is not to expensive.

So far (subject to change, LOL) vitamin C in foods does not affect MMS - I would not do any concentrated foods, like fruit juices high in C - However, will say that Moringa is now being treated as a supplement in the work at the European Center, and suggested only 2 hours after your last dose.
IF I HAD a major, major health issue, I would save high Vit C foods for 2 hours after my last dose. But that's me.
