Does anyone know if mms is safe for animals?..my dog.

Yes, MMS is perfectly safe for dogs, but you need to reduce the dosages. Recommended dose for Protocol 1000 equivalent (standard protocol) is 1 activated drop per 25 lbs. body weight. You can do "partial drop" dosages by making a one-drop dose and dividing it up after adding water.

Some people put it in their pet's water, and a wise pet may recognize that it will help them and drink it on their own. You can put it down their throats with a dropper or a baster, or with a syringe without a needle.

I just cured my King Charles Cavalier Spaniel of severe conjunctivitis using 2 drops of diluted activated MMS. It cleared up in a few hours. She has had this condition before, and all the creams and stuff I got from the vet didn't do much. This time her eyes are totally clear. I told my vet about it and he went and looked up MMS on the internet. He has since rung me and wants me to bring some over for a dog he has which has gone blind and has some sort of tumor. I will keep the forum informed about how this goes.

I am very familiar with MMS and pets. I have used it many times before with amazement. Then myself...perhaps at a later time I may share my stories. i was just wondering if anyone has used the MMS2, Calcium Hypochlorite? I would imagine at least a smaller dose at least, and is it safe and effective in their bodies? just wondering in case the reaction in their stomach be different as their gut function may be different?

I used a syringe and tucked it in his cheek and he drank it, he was just so super gentle. I have also activated it and used a dropper to put the solution in capsules and buried in food. I do not add water to the mms as this would be too many capsules to fill.

I also apply topically with dmso at site of infection or cancer.

it seems everyone is giving answers to MMS1 instead of MMS2 which I believe is what the question is about ! I would also like to know the MMS2 doses for animals as I cant get sodium chlorite on the island thanx Mike m

The basic full dose of MMS2 for humans according to Jim Humble is a #0 capsule every 2 hours - and this is possibly for a body weight of 150 lbs.

So possibly 1/3 of a #0 capsule for a 50 lb. pet, etc. This is a dose that people need to ramp up to, starting with perhaps 1/4 dose and increasing gradually. With a pet, you will need to be sure that the capsule will get to their stomachs quickly, as if they dissolve in the throat it's quite unpleasant. Smaller capsules would likely help if you can find them. Also to be sure that they get a lot of water with each dose. It may be easier if you first dissolve the MMS2 if you can get the solution down your pet's throat.

You might try to see if they will drink it themselves, stranger things have happened, but I think it's improbable...
