Jim Humble approves of CDS as stated in his new book, MMS Health Recovery Guidebook, on page 12 under the heading CDS and CDH:
So, I will bring CDS Protocol 101 back to life here and in the attached PDF file. And, since no dosing for CDS or CDH, when used with MMS1 protocols, is listed in Jim's new book, you can find that info here. That PDF file is also attached to this post. The same principles in this book can be applied to the other forms of MMS.
The following image is a screen shot of the original posting on 12 February 2013 in post #30478. The protocol will be easier to read if you download the PDF file.

I get many inquiries on how to dose CDS, so this forum post may help those who buy or make CDS. Note that the original CDS discussed here is 3000 ppm CLO2 concentration and does NOT have any MMS (unactivated 22.4% sodium chlorite solution) added as a so-called 'stabilizer'.

And, here is my version of the Starting Procedure which includes dosing for CDS and CDH. Note that dosing for MMS Tablets listed in the PDF file is for the old tablets, not the new MMS1 tablets.

Hello,
I have a question on doing the protocol 101.
Is it okay to add 2ml CDS (3000 ppm) into say 16 oz air tight water bottle (that's 0.5ml for 4 oz to start) and drink 4 oz per hour (keeping the bottle in refrigerator)? So, you can drink out of it 4 times until next time to mix.
Or, do you have to mix CDS into water every time to drink?
I am asking because it's kind of a hassle to be mixing CDS every time into a 4 oz water.
I would appreciate if anyone can let me know.

If you are planning on dosing hourly for 8 hours, then add eight doses of CDS to the bottle of water.
Mark the bottle into 8 equal parts so you can pour out one dose accurately every hour. If too strong, then add more water to your glass of CDS.
Since CDS is fully activated and only contains CLO2 in water, there is no need to further activate hourly as is recommended when using MMS1.
Michael Harrah came up with the idea of using a glass baby bottle for CDS dosing because the bottle is marked in fluid ounces up to 8 fl oz. This photo shows CDS in a glass baby bottle and you can see it is filled to the 8 fl oz line marked on the outside of the bottle. To dose hourly, just pour out 1 fl oz hourly and add to a glass of water.
A glass bottle is best, but some plastic bottles may be okay. No metal bottles, however.

That's great idea. And thank you for such a quick response. I really appreciate it.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …

Longevity Tip: Take a Nap!

Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

Dilute HCl can be used as an aid to MMS/CD. Eighty years ago, back in the 1920’s and 30’s thousands of people were healed by a few doctors of many diseases including cancer. Eventually they were stopped, but there was one doctor who worked in the jungles of Mexico who had years and years of …
