thank you for your response, I will try that, can you tell me if natural vitamin C like on spinach, kale, affect the use of the MMs while on the program or Jim Humble is referring to vitamins in a bottle ...?..... this may have something to do with my reaction, I am eating salads during the program, is that allowed?... thanks,

Salads would not be as difficult as juices - as an example - because the fiber in salads tends to fill you up, and you eat less than in juicing. Originally, JH stated that antioxidants in food were not a problem except oranges, coffee, tea, etc. However, that is shifting a bit - as an example, he has found that strict vegans tend not to heal as fast or as well on MMS as those who have a more traditional diet.
