MMS Maintenance was created by Svc
Hi there, I'm hoping for some clarity. It appears immune maintenance is 4-6 drops a couple of times a week if you are under 60. Are those 4-6 drops taken at one time in an 8 oz class of water or some other way? Thank you.

Traditional maintenance is 6 drops, activated, taken in a glass of water.
Once a day if you are over 50,
a couple of times a week if you are under 50.

There is some flexibility in this - I have known of people who did it in two 3-drop doses an hour apart.
