Hi,

I'd like to start a protocol for clearing up my (adult) acne. Is it better to use MMS or CDS for this? I have bottles of both coming in the mail. I notice I will need 20 drops of MMS, 20 drops of Citric Acid for 2oz of water. I am assuming I can use much less if I use CDS, since it is much stronger. Will it work as well? And what would the right protocol be for that?
Also, I am reading the DMSO allows for greater absorption into the skin. Should I spray the DMSO on after I spray with the MMS or CDS? What would be the right protocol for that?

As you can see I am new to all this but extremely interested and any help would much appreciated! I am reading all I can, but I must admit I am still a bit confused.
