MMS versus CDS

I am not sick but I want to go on a maintenance dose, preceded by a detox cycle as recommended by Jim Humble. I am starting with the baby bottle method which will get me to the full dose at the end of 24 days and then I will do a 21 day 1000 or 1000+ protocol. Then I will scale back to the maintenance dose.

My biggest question is if I should begin with MMS or CDS. I was going to go with the CDS because it has none of the MMS side effects but it has been recommended to me that I use MMS because CDS has not been effective with malaria and that seems to be a valid argument. I would appreciate any comments on this.

If I decide to start with or switch to CDS later, is there a difference, aside from the cost factor, between buying it ready-made from a company and making it yourself with the overnight method? I think I would prefer the convenience of the former, especially at the beginning.

Hannelore, in the US, it's not legal to send CDS without a lot of hoopla. I know that Keavy's Corner sells it, and I know that WPS4Sale sells everything you need to actually make it. (I'm sure Keavy's corner does also) - The major issue is the expense.

Dear Pam. Again it is you, coming to the rescue. Thank you. Since there were so many suppliers for DCS listed on Jim Humble's website, I just thought it was easily obtainable. I had already scouted the WPS4Sale website for the supplies needed to make CDS myself and it seems that destiny is guiding me towards that option. I suppose I can't poison or blow myself up in the process. Still trying to decide whether to begin with MMS or CDS.

If you use one of the easy overnight methods - I can promise you, you won't blow yourself up .
