Frustration with eating on protocol was created by TimeLady
What can I eat??
I know that I'm not supposed to have coffee, tea, chocolate, nuts, seeds, antioxidants
or vitamin C during my protocol. I would like to eat cereal in the morning, but every kind
of cereal that I can eat (gluten free ones) has either nuts or added vitamin c.
Does Chex cereal really have so much vitamin c in it that my MMS will be ineffective?
Does this include jam/preserves? And absolutely no tomatoes?
Is there any other kind of food I should avoid? (not that I really want more restrictions....)

Nuts and seeds should be fine - Antioxidants in supplement forms are a problem - most antioxidants in foods are not a problem. I think you are making it harder on yourself than it has to be.
Tea, coffee, vitamins C, and E, are all problematical - you can do them 2 hours after your last dose for the day.

I'm not trying to be difficult, or make things too hard on myself...I've been told before that I
was taking the medicine the wrong way, and I just want to make sure I am getting the optimal
results.
I have another question: If I can't have tea or coffee.....is hot chocolate off limits? I would
like something warm and comforting to drink this time of year.

Chocolates are high in antioxidants - so I would say, no. There are probably some herbal teas that would be fine -
