But, my issue is, this is promoted and seems wonderful, and has helped many, but a proper diet isn't given also with it so the MMS isn't being used in vein and sets people back weeks or causes them to quit and day it isn't helping them abs is all because they were eating or drinking something wrong?
PLEASE HELP, I'm desperate to do this right and to teach others right off the bat, not after the fact!
Can I just have a weekly diet plan or a list of what to eat?
THANK YOU,

Eating when on a MMS protocol isn't really that difficult. Jim says to eat small amounts of food/snacks between MMS doses that do not contain high amounts of antioxidants. You already know which foods have high amounts of antioxidants. Those and large meals can be eaten 1 hour after your last MMS dose of the day along with any supplements you may take.

This antioxidant PDF file may have more than you want - it's 138 pages. It is not complete, but still useful. Checkout Triphala powder on page 65. I used to take that stuff as a supplement. Probably won't when I am on a MMS protocol. Also on the same page is Sangre de grado.

I probably can give you the best advice possible regarding the food (in my opinion, of course
Just follow the Hay's diet and eat what you want.
www.diet.com/g/hay-diet
Pay attention to the food table "Food combining guidelines" and use it. You can benefit from it and not worry about what to eat. Does it make sense?
Hay's diet is about food combination. If you don't combine the food right you may still end up your digestion process in an acidic state even if you "eat healthy".
Let me know if that helps
CLO2 also mentioned right about Jim's directions to eat small amounts of food/snacks between MMS doses.
Regards,
Ken

Order is Important—First Things First
Published on: November 3, 2026
I have said this many times, but I’ll say it again. It is my belief, that many times if people are not getting well—if they are not seeing desired results it is often due to the fact that they are doing too many things all at once, or equally as important, they are not doing …

Inflammation in the Body

This is the answer to what MMS does for inflammation. Inflammation does not cause the problems in the body. Inflammation is the body’s response to disease of one kind or another for the purpose of protecting the body. If you have a swollen prostrate it is because there is some kind of a problem with …

Unpleasant Symptoms, Biofilms, Going Too Fast

Note: In a health context, a biofilm is a structured, highly organized community of microorganisms (such as bacteria or fungi) that adheres to a surface and is encased within a self-produced, sticky, gel-like matrix of proteins, DNA, and sugars. Instead of floating freely as individual cells, the microbes (bad stuff) physically cluster together to form …

Cravings/Weight Management/Blocked Veins

A conversation with Jim in 2010: D: Some doctors have told me that harmful pathogens have the ability to manipulate the brain chemistry to make you crave the things they want to eat. Since I have been on MMS/CD, I have lost all cravings. I have also lost 60 pounds (which I needed to lose), …
