How to get Sodium Chlorite to Benin Africa Orphanage?

I would like to be able to get some Sodium Chlorite to an orphanage in Benin Africa, but have not been able to figure out how to accomplish that. Malaria is a terrible thing that they continually struggle with, and I am told there are 2 children that are in a coma and hospitalized because of it. This is terrible, since we know that Chloride Dioxide is a cure for this. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance!
