"I am happy to tell my experience. I began mms after I was bit by a dog in the hand during covid. I had always trusted the medical profession until then.
I began the mms protocol and stayed with it throughout my healing. I started out low and slow and worked up to 3 activated drops in four fl oz of clean water 8 times a day for 30 days. Yes I questioned it and yes I almost quit several times. The herxing got rough for a bit. At one point I felt like I had the flu for about a week. Once I got through it. I noticed my drinking beer (which was nightly. ) had slowed down and my body felt better. I stayed the course.
I am now 70 pounds lighter and have kept the weight off for over two years now. I continue to do 6 activated drops before bed and use other protocols for other issues that arise. I am 47 yrs old and a retired Officer in Vegas. I can say so much more, but let me stop there for now. I am happy to share more. The main point is don’t quit. It is truly Amazing 😃👍🏼"

If you prefer to look into particular eating styles and would like to hear testimonials, look into the keto diet. Dr Berry is a good place to start on youtube. Dr Westman is very technical, a clinician, and a great resource for those that like to get deep within the actual science (clinical trials and not the observational junk most articles reference - what creates confusion). Whole30 is another good starting point. As I stated earlier, fresh food should be the ingredients. Add salt and butter to taste, every meal doesn't need to be a transcending culinary experience...in the end, food is just minerals and energy.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …

It is extremely important to always realize that in terms of living and surviving in this universe it is wrong to believe lies. Believing lies can result in failure or even death. Keep in mind that most all children are taught that it is OK to believe lies. That is the result of Santa Claus, …

Longevity Tip: Take a Nap!
Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

More on HCl (Stomach Acid)
Published on: April 20, 2026
Dilute HCl can be used as an aid to MMS/CD. Eighty years ago, back in the 1920’s and 30’s thousands of people were healed by a few doctors of many diseases including cancer. Eventually they were stopped, but there was one doctor who worked in the jungles of Mexico who had years and years of …
