MMS protocols or did he pretty much think that diet didn't really matter because the MMS was so potent (for the lack of a
better word) it would work against disease regardless of what diet you're on? Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Avoid strong antioxidants because they can cancel out CLO2 in MMS1 doses.

Most of the advice in the attached Eating PDF file came from Jim Humble.
Avoid strong antioxidants because they can cancel out CLO2 in MMS1 doses.
Thanks for the info on the diet.
Greatly appreciate it

I appreciate the PDF info, and will try to just snack during dosing hours. I already delay dosing by two hours in order to take supplements first thing in the a.m. I may try the fasting route, though that leaves me consuming the bulk of my food fairly close to bedtime, which isn't ideal either.
Is anyone who is paying attention to the antioxidant requirement willing to provide me with a list of foods they snack on and/or eat at meals? I have cancer, so eat mainly veg, but eat some clean meat, although I saw red meat and chicken on a high antioxidant list, so maybe I can't have meat? So confused! No dairy or gluten suggestions please, as these are inflammatory for me. And of course, sugar is out.
Thanks for any guidance!

One key data point is vitamin C, the master antioxidant, which is therefore anathema to an oxidant like CD. Yet eliminating vitamin C supplementation over a three-week CD protocol probably isn’t a good idea either. There’s good evidence that vitamin C stays in the body for several hours, so taking it two hours before dosing doesn’t give you a safe zone. So I take it one hour after my last CD dose for the day.
The proscriptions mentioned by Curious Human cover a wide range of foods: “Nuts, fruits, vegetables that are high in antioxidants, juice with added vitamin-C or ascorbic acid, alcohol, coffee certain teas, and any other foods high in antioxidants, orange juice (and other strong citrus juices), mineral supplements, vitamin supplements, time-release supplements, coconut juice, dairy products, chocolate (cacao), hydrogen gas, and water (Medicinal).”
Even animal products are suspect. Eggs have the antioxidants lutein and zeaxanthin, for example. But, from my research, chicken and sardines don’t seem to be high in antioxidants. We may never get hard answers, so we have to experiment. We already know that, between doses, we shouldn’t have large meals anyway. We also know that the right foods can help the stomach produce acid, which MMS1 needs.
So I play the percentages. Twenty minutes after a MMS1 dose I eat one sardine or an equivalent amount of (raw) organic chicken. So I aim for low antioxidants, a small meal, and a boost for stomach acid. I also hold off taking liquids until 45 minutes after a dose, when I drink about 8 ounces water. I also make each dose fresh.
The above approach may not be best, but it’s definitely working for me. The lump on my chest is definitely disappearing, and I haven’t even finished the startup phase yet.

More is Not Always Better
Published on: June 9, 2026
In my books, there are times when one might need to take larger doses of MMS/CD. In Protocol 2000, for example you’ll find maximum dosage amounts. Some might take this to mean the more MMS one takes the better. But this is NOT necessarily so! More is not necessarily better, you need to listen to …

Nutritional Research Information

Note: The following was written by Jim around 2012, and we are putting it here as food for thought. The subject of “nutrition” in the world today, is quite subjective, with a wide range of factors weighing into this equation, such as how the food is grown, handled, stored, processed, etc. etc. In addition, we …

Longevity Tip: Take a Nap!
Published on: May 11, 2026
Eighty five percent of mammals, that is animals, take naps during the day. It is not really apparent if humans were meant to take naps or not, but children certainly take naps naturally. I personally have taken from 20 to 45 minute daily naps during my entire life. They keep one fresh. People often worry …

More on HCl (Stomach Acid)
Published on: April 20, 2026
Dilute HCl can be used as an aid to MMS/CD. Eighty years ago, back in the 1920’s and 30’s thousands of people were healed by a few doctors of many diseases including cancer. Eventually they were stopped, but there was one doctor who worked in the jungles of Mexico who had years and years of …
