Waiting one hour after a dose of CDS should be sufficient... yes?
BTW: I know you suggest reading Jim's books and I will, but I have been taking 40 drops of 3000ppm CDS, which I believe is roughly 2ml... twice a day on an empty stomach... I often add 7-10 drops of DMSO per dose... is this a good maintenance dose? DO you support the addition of DMSO? THX!!

When to take CDS again after drinking coffee or orange juice is the question.
Coffee can remain in the body for many hours.
Adding DMSO to a dose of CDS is fine to do, and should cause CLO2 to penetrate farther into the body. See attached file.

Baking soda will reduce CLO2 in MMS1 or CDS. If you have CLO2 test strips, you can prove this. Measure before adding baking soda and again after adding BS.

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
