file 3yo with head lice?

Okay so my 3yo son with gorgeous long curly blonde hair has been itching lately and I've done a few acv rinses because we try to stay away from shampoos due to the chemicals, so we rinse a few times a month to keep the scalp clean and free of fungus. Well he is still itching and both I and his daddy have looked through his head all month and I FINALLY found the suckers crawling around in there and have picked out 6 or 8 so far 😫🤢 so I'm wondering if anyone has had experience with head lice and scalp issues by using MMS AND OR DMSO?
I've attached a picture of the bugs I've pulled out. Any info would be graciously appreciated! Thank y'all and YAH bless you!

"Ivermectin for Head Lice Ivermectin is used to treat head lice infestations in several forms, including oral tablets and topical lotions. Here's how it works and its effectiveness:
  • Oral Ivermectin: Although not FDA-approved for treating head lice, oral ivermectin tablets have been shown to be effective. A single dose of 200 micrograms/kg or 400 micrograms/kg, repeated 9 to 10 days later, can kill head lice. This treatment is not recommended for children under 15 kg or for pregnant women.
  • Topical Ivermectin Lotion (Sklice): This lotion, available over the counter for those 6 months and older, involves a single application of one 4-oz tube to dry hair and scalp for 10 minutes before rinsing. It kills most head lice infestations and is effective for 2 weeks after one treatment in 71 to 76% of patients. It is well-tolerated, with common side effects including ocular irritation and burning sensation of the skin.
Both treatments are effective alternatives when traditional topical treatments fail due to resistance."
