Supplements are not required as part of the MMS treatment. If you think you might have atherosclerosis, it would be good to take Vitamin C 2 hours after your last dosing (because MMS works also as a chelator, and sometimes the atherosclerosis is actually put there by your body to support weakened blood vessels - and Vitamin C will help strengthen the blood vessels) - Don't forget to get plenty of water during the course of the day - particularly if you find your lips becoming dry -

JH says to support your body during the healing process, so you might want to consider at least a multi-vitamin/mineral - again, taken 2 hours away from your MMS doses.

Ok so, I just ordered 1 bottle of MMS and 1 bottle of CA from Better WPD (which was one of the places I saw on you alls vendor list). I figured, since I'm still in the experiemental stage of things, I don't want to over do it (DMSO, spray bottle, MMS bathing, vitamins etc). Again, not a doctor so, I don't trust my own judgement on certain things anymore than I trust "a certified businessman, I mean doctor".

My new questions are:

1.) If I just want to mix up a single dose, I will do 3 drops of MMS, 3 drops of CA, and how much water? And is water the only thing I can/should use to mix it with? If so, does it matter if it's bottled water or tap water?

2.) If I can mix it with another liquid, what is generally preferred among you all?

3.) I asked only about the single dose per hour because if it only stays active for 2 hours then doing the entire 8 hour regiment and drinking each dose throughout the day would only be good for the first hour basically unless I understood that wrong?

I can't thank you all enough for your help and your dedication to this btw. Thank you very much.

If it's your first time with MMS, I would start with 1 drop of each in a dry shot glass, swirl, let sit for 20 - 30 seconds, then add to a 4oz glass of water. That would be an hourly dose. I would work up to the 3 drops an hour, but that's just me.

My preference would be a water that does not have flouride in it. Either distilled or filtered.

If you do the full day's dose and put it in a sports bottle that you can put a cap on, then it should last the full day without any problem. Keep it out of sunlight (UV) - I keep mine in the fridge or in a little lunchbox when I go out.

Thank you very much Pam and others. You all are awesome. I'll do my best to get in contact with my ex and share this info with her as well as Mr. Humbles literature. Thanks again. :)

One final question. If I do the single doses, 1 drop of each with 4ozs of water, would I respectively use 12 ozs of water when I begin doing 3 drops of each?

No, the single drop dose is just to get your system prepared and to slow down any possible herx reaction - when you do the 3 drop doses, you can do them in 4oz of water, also -

I have known people who prefer to do them in 8 oz glasses - but that's a preference, not a requirement.

Pam, I appreciate your comments. They are very clear and concise. Those of us who are new and/or dealing with brain fog have a very difficult time understanding a lot of this. You are very easy to understand. Thank you!

That's true rbalison, I hate to come across as a brain-numb zombie if I have, but of course, you all are combating 30 years of conditioning to 'The False' here. As well as, myself battling it at the same time. I like to talk to people who are confident in what they understand about the nature of our Being. This MMS thing in particular made sense to me, maybe BECAUSE of my conditioning that we are mostly made up of water and that using "water purification" as a treatment makes perfect sense in that context. *shrug* Do I know for a fact that we are mostly made up of water? Nope, but it is recurrently accepted as fact. What is also recurrently accepted as fact is that doctors are prescribing medications that don't help anyone except for the pockets of pharmaceutical companies. I'm eager to begin trying this. I received my bottles the other day and will let you guys know what I experience to add another grain of sand to the Beach here. Thanks again. :)

Just took my first dose. I'm not dead so I can at least attest to that! haha But I am curious... I DO smoke cigarettes. Is that going to "undo" this? Or will it still do whatever it does now that it is in my system?

cigarettes will not "undo it" - not to worry - you may find your taste for them goes away - :)

I sure hope so. I hate that I ever picked a cigarette up to begin with. :( I did quit once for over a year but made the mistake of buying more again. Anyways, thanks Pam. :)
