MMS 1 and MMS 2 for HSV 1 and 2. Protocols? Dosages and Directions

Hello. I am seeking assistance from anyone who is an expertise in the usage for MMS 1 and MMS 2 for herpes. I have been reading the various protocols of Jim Humble and want to find the best way to start using both.
First of all, protocol 2000 seemed to be appropriate for my case but I then looked at protocol 4000 that seemed to be more advanced and could cure almost any kind of disease like protocol 2000 but at a faster rate! I wonder which protocol would be best for me? I think using both MMS 1 and MMS 2 are very important to do. Though if following protocol 4000, there are no specific directions to take MMS 1. How can one follow protocol 4000 while using both treatments? Is it possible or do I need to stick with protocol 2000? I really would like to use both MMS 1 and 2.

The dosage for using MMS 2 is confusing if following protocol 4000! Can someone give me clear directions for beginning MMS 2 with approximate dosages? I weigh around 115 pounds. I know that how much you weigh is an important factor in determining proper MMS 2 dosage for each individual. I just bought calcium hypochlorite at 78 % in tiny granules I believe. I bought the "0" size veggie caps as well.

I am reading from others that it appears you can not take MMS 1 on an empty stomach but it must be either an hour to an hour and a half before breakfast and then 30 min before or after snacks. When should one take it when preparing for lunch and dinner? When should one take MMS 2 in relation to meal times? Also I read that no monolaurin supplement should be taken while on these treatments since it defeats the purpose of oxidizing the body. Is that right?

Whatever help and advice I can get on detailed directions to start MMS 1 and MMS 2 would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Welcome to the forum.

Go to search (above, right hand side) and type in "John D" in the seach box. Read his posts, he has posted a detailed protocol that his customers have used successfully and made some detailed posts regarding diet too.

Also, do you have DMSO? you will need to use it with any protocol you decide to use cos HSV hides in the spinal cord and you need this the penetrate the spine so it can attack it in its hiding place.

Again, John D had detailed how to use DMSO with his protocol.

Thank you. I will share when I do begin. I haven't yet because I am waiting for a response as to what is the best protocol to get on. I wrote a letter to John D. asking him this. I am reading that a combination of mms/cds/dmso and mms2 would be beneficial for those trying to heal from HSV 1 and 2. I don't know why protocol 2000 and protocol 1000+ as well as the DMSO wipes on the back isn't enough. I need to understand what CDS is. I read that it is calcium dioxide solution I believe. How does this benefit the ill body even more?

Grateful, you can always start with the 1000 protocol and add the others later!

I am new to MMS myself, so I think other forums members such a s John D would be able to answer your questions with more accuracy.

Also, there is another post by Opulence who rid HSV 2 from her body. I don't think she is an active member, but read her posts. She does not mention that she used MMS2 or CDS.

I think everyone is different and some protocols may work for some but not for others. John D protocol seem complicated and intense and he talks from his personal experience (feedback) from his customers.

If you have had this condition for a long while, I would consider his protocol.
