You can mix the food grade hydrogen peroxide with natural juices so you don't taste it. It's working for me. I have not been this clear since I realized I had this virus. I will take a test in a few months to see if they find anything, I doubt they will. If it's the taste that bothers you, then how serious are you about getting rid of this horrible virus. I mean I always practiced safer sex with condoms and still got it from somewhere. I think the stress of the bad economy help push it to the surface the first time becauce I couldn't even remember the last time I had sex before my first outbreak. I looked at my doctor like she was growing horns out her head when she told me.
I will say this much I promised myself I would get rid of it, and every fiber of my cells believed that promise. I truly wish you the best on your journey and keep me posted. I love helping people and your health is as important as my own, so good luck and don't give up.

My advice is if you are not having success with one thing after a reasonable amount of time then try something else. I did.

I agree with trying something new of what you're doing isn't working. I do think the mms was working because I had no outbreaks while on it. I am a constant outbreak type. So that says something about mms. I think the problem for me is that I can't eatanything but meat while on mms. Meat has arginine in it. So i'm feeding the virus as i'm fighting it.
My thoughts
A fire needs 4 things to thrive: fuel, oxygen, heart and an ignition source. Take away any one of those and no fire! what does herpes need to survive? We know it needs arginine, but what else is a must for survival? The reason i'm doing the reboot is because fruits and vegetables have next to no arginine. Maybe I can starve it. Any good info out resources on this would be appreciated.
What I am somewhat lost on is: if pathogens cannot survive in oxygen rich environments, then how come it can't survive in an alkaline environments as well? Amost all alkaline foods have antioxidants in them...so wouldn't that aid the virus to survive?? Help...

My gut tells me, that that is the toxins coming out.
You may want to consider CDS....and ask that other poster details about the peroxide therapy...it may be helpful as well.
best wishes

I recently came upon MMS and FGHP therapy at the same time. And NOW more recently, I stumbled into old therapies, like turpentine!
And I always support peoples right to choose whichever therapy they see fit to take!

So I'm actually getting 4.5 drops mms hourly and most days taking 12-16 doses a day. I was doing 90/90/90 but I cut back the dmso after the odor kept getting worse and I started getting acne breakouts near my temples bad.
Sounds to me like you are over doing it....everybody wants to amp it up to get it over with, but can backfire on the person. please be careful.
I'd notch it down a bit if it were me.
best wishes

How did the silver come to have FGHP in it? I never heard of peroxide being mixed in with that...not that that is a problem, but just curious about it and any other info or experience you have had using it would be interesting to hear about.
I too am all about the options and trying other things.

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
