3 minutes is way too long to let dmso/mms sit before drinking...more like 20 seconds. the dmso will kill the mms over time. it's an antioxidant, and mms is an oxydizer.

if your using the dmso cream, activate the mms, then add it to the dmso. them wait about 15-20 seconds, and use.

3 minutes is what Jim Humble recommends for an oral dose. I'm sure he has a reason.

well, as i mentioned before,i did quite a few things wrong alongthe first couple weeks, so im on day 20 tody, and im atill doing everything that needs to be done, but im having sligh outbreak...hoping this is the last.

Also, I'm a little confused on what the formula is for the external back rub, is this available on mmsgreenlife website or do we make it from the items .. DMSO, is it a cream or a liquid ?

Lemon juice is actually an acid which is used as one of the mild acids to activate mms1 (sodium chlorite) - The amount of lemon juice used to activate mms1 does not cause a problem. Drinking or preparing your MMS with 4 oz of a juice high in ascorbic acid or sodium ascorbate will cause a problem.
