You want 'Food Grade' Diatomaceous Earth (DE), which is for internal use.

The price is decent.

1 rounded Tablespoon of DE in 6oz room temp filtered or spring water..... mix with a spoon (or shake) and then belt it back.

I take mine first thing when I rise ... then follow with a 12oz glass of water a little after.

Hey ellicott. Yeah he and his affiliates are full of it. I took all my book money to buy the protocol which was 1,000. As i had an outbreak 3 months later, they said it was leaky gut. And also bervin said get on the leaky gut protocol. I was pissed because i had no funding. Everything went on last protocol. I told him im a poor college student. Then he told me to drop out of school because its ran by he illuminati and start going off in a rant. Then all of them stopped responding to my emails. I wasnt working with Bervin but one of his affiliates and she stopped responding. Never answered my calls or voicemails or emails. I cried and cried. Anyways bervin doesnt work. He lives off of the cure money thats the reason why he charges so much. So I am trying a new protocol. Hopefully John D. Protocol. But people are having post outbreaks also on his. I dont know and Im really doubting if I can be cured. But this forum is really encouraging.

Coach D I'm on Day 3 of the protocol.

Questions I forgot to ask:
1) I have Moringa for the immune system. Am I allowed to take that at the end of the day once done with my daily routine at night and/or early in the am before I begin my protocol?

2) I think I read where you or someone suggested taking the Bentonite Clay once in the am and evening and the DE once during the day. Is that correct? Should I be taking those alone and on their own mixed in only water also? How far apart from my protocol should they be taken, 15-30 minutes after or before?

FYI...for those who don't know (I didn't) Cayenne and black pepper are both anti-oxidants! I was using them in my breakfast although I WAS waiting 30 minutes or more after eating it to take my protocol. I just never paid attention what foods were before....just ate whatever I knew was healthy for you. I'm beginning to understand about not having the spices now.

I have never peed so much in my life! lol It seems you have to take everything with so much water!

Mamre post has really helped me, alot of the questions she was asking was questions i planned on asking until i read these posts, it seems as though almost all foods fall into the category of either full of vitamin c, antioxidants, or just plainly aren't alkaline foods smh

I would not stress with foods that have natural VitC as they are processed differently by the body. What must be watched out for is processed foods with Added VitC (not so good imo) as they will tend to negate the effects of MMS directly.

Moringa is a great substance to have in the diet, and we take it in our meals with little consideration to effecting MMS. Well done for getting your hands on it! It really works wonders on all our treatment patients.

It reads Diatomaceous Earth 100% diatomaceous earth anti-Caking Agent. Fresh water type Amorphous silica

my question is ... it says to be a anti-caking agent, is that safe? isnt that what you put on stuff as additive?
I just hope I ordered the correct product as it ca not be returned, these bags are huge.

I have never dealt with this, it also says o the package "to be mixed with animal feed at the rate of not to exceed 2% of the total dry weight of the rations." whatever this means
