I take my dose - then wait 15 mins or so and then eat. I try not to do any snacking during the day, just meals. I also stopped coffee - you're not to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea and vit c or juices with added vit c - they will cancel out the mms

Black tea probably has antioxidants. That is out.
Water is good.
Sweetleaf brand stevia drops are fine. I prefer their SteviaClear without added flavors, although they make many flavors.
CDH should have no taste if 4% HCL is used to activate it. Classic MMS will taste better if 4% HCL is used but citric acid tastes terrible to me. MMS should be activated 60 seconds.
The capsule method is tasteless, too.
Let us know what works best for you.
Thanks!

Importance of Stomach Acid
Published on: April 5, 2026
You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
