Hope your getting better, I find that mms is best for when your really sick bad. for colds and flu it is not worth drinking the mms cause of taste_just my opinion. I usually take mms2 for when i have a flu or cold and it helps my sinus much quicker. However for a cold or flu you have to drink your mms or cds every hour. A couple doses a day wont do anything. Simply because the cold and flu bug replicates so fast that when you take a dose or two a day it wont do that much damage to the cold. When use to take mms for a cold i did it 10 times a day and it lasted 3 to 4 days instead of the usual week or two.
as far as a nose bleed, your nose is so sensitive when sick, especially when your blowing your nose alot, it leaves small tears and scabs in your nose, so when you breathed in the mms you may have got a nose bleed cause the mms is cleaning out all those scabs and nasties. A bath is real good. Besides the mms cleaning out your nose or maybe a scab or tear _ if it wasnt that I would really monitor the nose bleeds because you may have something else going on, buy the mms or cds or baths wouldnt cause the nose bleed in any way besides for the above reason. So be careful, keep an eye on those nose bleeds - their probley for a simple reason you havent thought of yet or it could be something else.
Take Care,

When you aggressively kill it, it will give off an acid as a protection for survival. This acid is extremely caustic and is at the root of the nose bleeds most of the time.
Keep up the protocol if you can with out causing to much bleeding. Eventually the bleeding will stop as the fungus dies and the tissue begins to heal and rebuild.
I address this in the attached pdf.

Importance of Stomach Acid

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
