How to get MMS in capsule was created by koper705
I want to start CD but I hate the taste, how do we make capsule, for example we put 1 drop of MMS in the capsule and 1 drop of 50% citric acid, wait 20 second and add some water then close the capsule?
Somebody told me that we have to put water right after 20 second, would that be correct?

Also can we make the capsule in advanced for one day? and keep them in Ziploc bag, and every hr we take one?

I think the easiest way might be to make up your dosing formula in advance, say keep it in a little container that held eyedrops or something and has been repurposed, and then at the time of dosing to put into the capsule and dose.

If you add the MMS and the activator to the capsule, separately, and allow them to activate in the capsule, the capsule could explode (since it does create a gas) - So you always need to activate the MMS outside of the capsule. If you make capsules up in advance, they'll melt.

Another thing that might work is to use a 1/4 dram bottle with a good sealing cap.

I use capsules. I'm on a daily maintenance dose, 6 + 6 drops. I put in the drops, wait the required activation time, and take it with water. It works great if you take it immediately. The capsule is good for over a minute before it starts to breakdown.

I doubt if it's practical to prepare a whole day's dose ahead of time. If it's being stored, it has to be in water or it will quickly evaporate. If it's stored in water, there may be too much liquid per dose to fit into a capsule.

So how long do you activate for Larry and what time of the day do you take that? Also, what size capsule do those 12 drops fit into and how do you get the capsule to stand up? Thx

Hi Shirley - I use size 000 capsules. I have a capsule-filler device that stands the capsule up www.amazon.com/Cap-M-Quik-Capsule-Filler-machine-size/dp/B0049K5ZIO but you could drill a hole in a piece of wood.

The activation time is the same as always. I use HCL so it's 60 seconds. Citric acid would be 20 seconds. I take it before bed with water. NO TASTE WHATSOEVER

Thank you Larry! I didn't realize that there was a difference in activation times between citric acid and hcl. That's quite a difference in time. I guess that's because someone has said that citric acid activates much faster? Are you using 4 or 5% hcl as the activator? No nausea this way? Thx agn.

4%. I started getting nauseous this summer when I took it in the morning. I think it was because I do strenuous exercise it gets pretty hot here. I switched to evening and no nausea.
