You should try not to smell or taste it ever. Put a clothespin on your nose or hold your breath if you have to while taking it. Then what I do while still holding my breath after drinking it, is to pop a raisin or small gourmet jelly bean in my mouth and thoroughly chew it up before breathing. By doing this (especially with the gourmet jelly bean), I actually look forward to my next dose.

- MMS is 7 to 10% activated in 30 seconds while CDH made with 4% HCl is about 50% activated in the bottle. This is why CDH is far less nauseating than MMS drops
