Hello, new here and confused was created by Rachael
Hello,
I am new here and new to this type of forum, so please forgive me if I have posted incorrectly, or in the wrong place. I am beginning with MMS, I have the Mineral Solution and the Activator Solution and have been reading on the starting protocols but in reading the directions that I have, they refer to both CDS and CDH. I am not sure the difference. I find the more that I read, the more that I seem to get lost.  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!

Rachael, there are three solutions that produce chlorine dioxide; MMS1, CDS and CDH. All three use the same two ingredients that you have.

The starting procedure you are referring to is probably my version of Jim Humble's starting procedure, in which I include CDS and CDH. Jim only uses MMS1 and not CDS or CDH.

The simplest for you may be to use the 'drops' to make MMS1.

What is CDS?
