Help with making MMS was created by tronixinc
I finally laid my hands on Analytical grade Sodium Chlorite. The label shows 98% and the texture isn't flakes but very fine like salt.
I followed all the instructions and put into account the concentration in order to obtain 24% when mixed with distilled water. I also checked the weight of 100ml and got 121g.

I also made 4% HCl from 37% concentration from a bottle I just got.

Now after allowing the MMS to settle and it became clear, when I drop them in a cup as required, the color remains transparent. I don't see any chemical reactions, no change of color, nothing.

Please does anyone have an idea what am doing wrong here?
