Hello.

I am fortunate to be relatively healthy and I just want to take MMS1 to detox, avoid illnesses and maintain my healthy status. I am currently on the Starting Protocol. Can I go directly to the Maintenance Protocol (p200 in Jim's book) straight after the SP? This would be 6 drops 3x week for me - taken once per day. Or should I do the 1000 Protocol before the Maintenance Protocol?
