I just started the MMS a few days ago using the minimal dosage and working up. I've been experiencing noticeable body aching now for a few days. Is this common or might I have something else going on? No fever and have some slight head stuffing.

I take it 1/4 drop is the minimal dose?

Are you still on 1/4 drop?​ If so, cut back to 1/8 drop.

If you are on more than 1/4 drop then cut back to half of that and see how you go.​​​​​​

I was going to haul the process for a few days and then resume for a few days at the quarter drop dosage. Not sure if I cam down with a bug at the same time I began the MMS. I figured if I stop I can eliminate the detoxing as the issue.

Do what feels best. Stopping for a while and starting over with the Starting Procedure is not a bad idea.
