Good you asked ClO2, because you can get terrible and long lasting headaches from using too much borax. It's a natural salt but should be respected.CLO2 wrote: Please share your daily borax protocol.
I'm not doing a specific borax protocol. I just add borax to my daily mineral protocol. About 1/16th of a tea spoon, or tip of a knife.
Have done so for 4+ years and know by experience it's safe. I wanted Alice to know that.
David Bourke uses 1/4th of a teaspoon dissolved in 1 liter water, per day. Dosing depends on body weight.
My mineral protocol exists of quite a few immune system boosters like zinc, copper, iodine, selenium, potassium, magnesium, sea salt, Vit C, baking soda. And borax. And still more can be added.
The Vit C and baking soda helps ionizing everything so that the minerals become more available.
Borax contains the important trace mineral boron. Beside of that borax has anti fungal, anti viral, anti septic and slightly anti bacterial properties.
Borax has many, many uses. It is a well known and effective insecticide. This is why it can help against mites living in the skin and which I suspect Alice struggles with.
The Borax Conspiracy
Sodium chlorite / MMS may have insecticide properties. But ClO2? I don't think so.

Importance of Stomach Acid

You have heard it said, “You are what you eat”, but in my opinion, it’s more accurate to say “You are what you absorb.” Stomach acid plays an important role in what nutrients you absorb from the food you eat. When someone is deficient in stomach acid the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other nutrients …
